Network Rail Recruitment campaign for Public Members
We often work with the Executive Search Division of Harvey Nash, creating engaging recruitment ads to fill top-level UK roles. Recently they asked us to work on a campaign for their client, Network Rail, to recruit Public Members who would hold their Board of Directors to account.
Network Rail were keen to appeal to applicants with a diversity of backgrounds and experience. To get this message across, we interviewed an existing Public Member to highlight the importance of the role and the value that Network Rail places on diversity of thought. We used this to create a range of advertising solutions for online and offline platforms, including The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian, The Economist and The Financial Times. The campaign went live in early March 2015.
